	Buddhist brotherhood activities

	Vesak programme
	Buddhist brotherhood of faculty of medicine Peradeniya has extended their support to the programme conducted by Buddhist association of Teaching hospital Peradeniya that included cleaning and painting of some wards and units at teaching hospital Peradeniya and exhibited a vesak lantern at Galaha junction, constructed by 201/13 batch with the assistance of senior medical students to commemorate the birth, enlightenment Parinirvāna of lord Buddha in May 2014.


	ANIGA Programme
	Monthly Buddhist discussion arranged by the Buddhist brotherhood of Faculty of medicine, University of Peradeniya, was held at the faculty premises for the months June and July. Mahamevunava Buddhist monestry at Kundasale has assisted the program
